These terms govern your use of DryDay App ("Service"). By using DryDay, you agree to these terms.
DryDay is a scheduling and client communication platform that integrates with Jobber to help field service businesses optimize job scheduling, automate client communications, and monitor weather conditions.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact your clients via email and SMS. DryDay sends messages on your behalf—you remain responsible for the content and compliance with communication laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local regulations).
DryDay integrates with Jobber, SendGrid, Twilio, and WeatherAPI.com. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
Weather forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee forecast accuracy. Scheduling decisions based on weather data are made at your own discretion and risk.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
DryDay is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or weather-related losses.
You may stop using DryDay at any time by disconnecting the integration and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
